" When sweet memories turn into nightmare, it hurts (!) "

Training today (N)
Didn`t do very well today, wasn`t able to run very fast and coach keep asking to speed up for like 4 to 5 times when i was doing footwork :( Did shuttle drill after footwork and during the last second set, gave up and didn`t run, even though coach said some encouraging words :(
SO SADDDDDDDDDDDDDDD :'(
Went to jurong point to have lunch with zena and wei ping, ate long john silver :) After that walkwalk and brought stuffs :) HOME SWEEEEEEEEEEEET HOME straight after that :B Board the same bus as zena and saw janice on the bus :)
Chit chat alllllllllllll the way through the whole journey with zena :D

Gonna be a goodgood girl, intend to stay at home for the next two days :)
